Emily C. Rossi is an associate in the Litigation and Supreme Court & Appellate practices of the Chicago office, where her practice includes preparation of briefs and dispositive motions in the Supreme Court of the United States, several Courts of Appeals, and several District Courts. Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2012, Emily clerked for the Honorable Debra Ann Livingston of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and for the Honorable Denise Cote of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Emily graduated from Columbia Law School and served as an articles editor on the Columbia Law Review. She graduated with honors from the University of Chicago, where she majored in economics and history and was a Student Marshal. |
