Top International Law Firm Creates Team for Congressional Oversight Management Washington, D.C., January 4, 2007 . Ty Fahner, former Attorney General of Illinois and Chairman of the international law firm of Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP, announced the formation of the Congressional Oversight Strategy Group. This special team of attorneys and professionals will advise Fortune 500 clients in the United States and globally on issues projected to receive intense scrutiny by the 110th Congress. The team, headquartered in Washington, D.C., includes members of the firm's legislative, white collar defense, government contracts, banking and securities and energy practice groups.
