Four Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw Partners Selected as Among World's Leading Environment Lawyers

| 27 July 2005, Chicago - Four Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP partners -- John C. Berghoff, Jr., Timothy S. Bishop, Russell R. Eggert, and Mark R. Ter Molen -- have been nominated by in-house counsel and their peers to appear in the forthcoming Guide to the World's Leading Environment Lawyers.
In June 2004 Euromoney's Legal Media Group commissioned its research department to carry out an in-depth study of experts in the field of environment law. In September 2005 the survey results will be published in full.
The initial stage of the research process involved distributing 4000 questionnaires to senior practitioners or in-house counsel involved in environment advice in 55 jurisdictions. The questionnaires asked leading figures to nominate those practitioners they considered to be among the most capable in this practice area. The results were analyzed and screened for firm, network and alliance bias. As a final verification, the list was discussed in interviews with a select group of advisers from leading legal centers worldwide. |
